Registered representation from the commercial register

For companies in Germany, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands and Poland, the Authorities page shows who the commercial register lists as able to bind the company and how they sign, above the internal limits that bind only the holder. A revoked representative stays listed until the deletion is registered.
